The struggle is real

You’re capable of so much. So why does everything feel so hard?

If any of this lands a little too close to home, you’re not broken — and you’re not alone.

The reframe

Your ADHD isn’t a flaw to fix. It’s horsepower waiting to be harnessed.

The same wiring behind the overwhelm is the source of your edge. We don’t try to make you “normal.” We build a system around the brain you actually have — so your gifts do the heavy lifting.

About Roger

A coach who has spent 28 years helping people unlock themselves.

Roger Mehl has been a coach in different forms for 28 years. An award-winning graduate of the prestigious London Studio Centre in London, UK — a college for theatre arts professionals — he began by coaching aspiring actors and singers, prized for helping students build their own internal awareness and refine technique from the inside out. A former competitive swimmer, he carried the same approach into a private swimming school for preteens.

In 2016 he developed a workshop called The Art of Listening — a total reframe on how to listen at the deepest levels, hold space, and be fully present with another person. In 2017 he began facilitating year-long leadership development workshops for CEOs, business owners, and management teams, where accountability was the central theme. He built a “laboratory” approach to follow-through: when a participant stalled, he searched for the inner and outer blockages standing between them and the outcome they wanted.

Sponsoring dozens of people through twelve-step recovery sharpened his eye for blind spots, unconscious decisions, and self-sabotage.

Roger sees himself as a bridger — a term coined by Lynn Weiss, PhD, in Embracing A.D.D.: A Healing Perspective. A bridger shares the wiring of an ADHDer while adapting reasonably well to a more linear thinking style. He doesn’t coach ADHD from a textbook — he coaches it from the inside.

In 2025 Roger began freelancing full-time, steadily acquiring ADHD professionals and diving deep into the study and practice of ADHD coaching. He lives in Toronto with his wife and kids.

Executive Brilliance the ADHD Way

Chapter Three · Made With Heroes and Dragonslayers In Mind

ADHDers often carry a staunch resistance to accepting recent, well-researched findings — namely, that they are brilliant, essential to the workplace, and strategically invaluable to their teams. In these pages, you’ll learn to dislodge the stake of that resistance — however big or small — and discover the full bloom of your ADHD talents.

You may already have been through a slew of resources that didn’t help — books, podcasts, influencers, workshops, that ten-page, over-hyphenated habit-building strategy you had ChatGPT generate. Before we go any further: take a minute to appreciate everything you’ve done to succeed in a society that doesn’t yet appreciate your gifts.

You are not lazy. You are extremely motivated. If you achieved averagely, you’re a hero. If you’ve gone further than that, you’re a dragonslayer.
