In a world of digital freneticism, we have the dubious luxury of being constantly distracted from our fears, frustrated ambitions, and lack of fulfilment in our lives. We can’t remain distracted forever. We are all given moments of clarity where we can choose to be coached into meaning, abundance and contentment.

I Got This

It’s hard to objectively see our current reality, the possibilities and the path to a new one. In our greatest efforts to do so, we usually tap into the same resources we have become accustomed to using – the ones that created our current state. Our brains are wired to repeat strategies that have worked historically, even when those strategies have proven unhelpful many times over in our current lives. Fresh input, encouragement, deep awareness and accountability to stay in that all-uncomfortable growing zone, are key factors in meeting the challenges that have until now alluded us.

Our first encounter comes with no commitment other than to be present and open to a different way of seeing yourself and the world around you. How I Work

I watch and listen to you deeply. That includes observing your soma (the way your presence is expressed by your posture, voice, gestures, gait, eyes and face). Your soma is a repository of historical baggage, negative self-talk and fear. It also reveals to the trained eye, talents, values and frustrated aspirations.

I ask challenging questions you likely have never considered before. I help you articulate the buried thoughts, dreams and beliefs you have not had the space, time or peace of mind to explore.

I keep up to date with cutting-edge peer-reviewed studies and techniques to ensure you receive the best support at all times. These can include the application of sports psychology, solution-based therapy, ADHD strategies, recovery coaching, and the emergence of VAST (Variable Attention Stimulus Trait) – a consequence of digital overwhelm.

We tap into your own inner wisdom. You will be the one who discovers you have solutions deep within. You will be the one to create your action plan. I simply guide you there.

The greatest service every good coach provides is accountability. We follow up weekly in person. Action is where the rubber hits the road. Action is the carving knife that shapes your authentic self. Often, the agreed-upon actions have been taken. Sometimes they are not. Everyone wants to take them, but by not taking them, we get to dig deeper to find the insecurity, misbelief or overwhelm that held you back. If you came this far, you want this.
